Course Information

Move from using AI responsibly in your day-to-day work to managing AI strategically across your travel program. This two-course learning bundle gives business travel professionals a practical framework for identifying where AI can create value, evaluating its outputs, managing risk, measuring ROI, and building the governance and oversight needed to scale.

In the Establishing course, you’ll build the foundation for responsible AI use by identifying high-value opportunities, applying a practical trust check, setting appropriate boundaries, and putting an initial AI use case into practice. In the Scaling course, you’ll build on that foundation to evaluate a portfolio of AI use cases, quantify value through ROI, establish program-wide governance, oversee agentic workflows, and communicate your program’s value to executive stakeholders.

Together, the two courses take you from responsible experimentation to a measurable, governed, and scalable AI program, with practical tools and artifacts you can apply directly to your organization.

What to Expect

The bundle will consist of eight interactive lessons and a fillable workbook that learners will use to complete the course. The course will end with a capstone assessment that learners must pass in order to end the course and earn a certificate of completion.

Learners will have 30 days to complete the course. The course is entirely on-demand.
